Im curious on how to line up the timing marks, should i make sure #1 piston is top dead center, then put the head on? How do i line up the cams with the head off? I know theres marks on the gears but should i line those up, then put the head on?

the other day I was driving home when I heard a little pop noise then it had like no power. I have a exhaust leak out of the o2 housing due to a broken bolt. after driving it hear a tick or a knocking noise coming from the engine. could the turbo have blew? its a 14b.

I just installed this aftermarket throttle body, built with BBK.I got it in, now the gas pedal is super light, takes nothing to get it to the floor, i tried adjusting the throttle cable, but it raises the idle and not the firmness in the pedal.any ideas?
