I run a Fidanza 4.3 Clutch and an ACT Streetlite Flywheel. I dont know what your goals are, but fidanza's have problems with the ring gears popping off when you start making a decent amount of power, Ive been told.

Id say turbo failure or bad ecu. Like all the above say, check for shaft play and do a boost leak test. If that doesnt help pull the ecu and check for visual failure, its not hard. Hell, if you have a buddy with a good one swap it for a run and see if that helped.
