A bad PCV in that sense would most likely be a culprit for popping your dipstick up. Have you checked the hotside of the turbo for leaking seals?

I would just go with the relocation kit. Its not all that hard to install. If your going with the Jay Racing kit be sure to get the upgraded bracket.

I run a Fidanza 4.3 Clutch and an ACT Streetlite Flywheel. I dont know what your goals are, but fidanza's have problems with the ring gears popping off when you start making a decent amount of power, Ive been told.

From the sounds of it, i wouldnt hesitate to jump on that deal. Sounds like it was very well taken care of, and tastefully modded. Both of which are a rare quality when you find a DSM for sale, at least in my area.

Id say turbo failure or bad ecu. Like all the above say, check for shaft play and do a boost leak test. If that doesnt help pull the ecu and check for visual failure, its not hard. Hell, if you have a buddy with a good one swap it for a run and see if that helped.
