How do you know if its the Pressure plate or Throw out bearing and not the clutch? How can you check?

My right engine fan (facing from front of car), does not turn on, only the left one does, it seems to get a little hot, but not over heat hot. when I turn the car off the right one does spin, because its turning off. What could cause this guys?:hmm::notgood:
