I am having the same prob... preboost no power stutters and stalls. after 3000 rpms the car boost fine and pulls hard. I'll be updating my mods list shortly which I haven't updated since 2009. I'm definitely going to be watching this post closely to see if you need anything

The upper cam cover was off but. I took the lower cam cover off and I didn't see much there..... I'm just worried about the integrity of the belt after the fuel got on it

Check the MAF. if its plugged and installed correctly, unplug it drive the car and see how it performs. if it still behaves the same way then you might have a bad MAF sensor. also check to see if the timing is on point....
This may help... if you have ARP head studs and didn't take off all the washers that are in the head that can also cause the problem you are having. i have had this happen to me and it was the worst . i though it would be easier not to take the washers of and just pull straight up.good luck...

Dont purchase any ebay exhausts. Dont purchase a Brian Oconnor 2g dsm Exhaust from ebay the sound quality is poor as well as the stainless steel becomes dis-colored and rots out eventually. Get something that reputable. Just stay away from ebay go fast parts in general......

well the results are in cylinder 1-160, 2-168,3-170,4-125...... opinions pleasei went out side and put only a cap of SAE 30 oil in the cylinder and it went up to 180, so im thinking it definitely the piston rings that went and not a valve... am i right?????
