Hair spray works really well on the pipe then slide the coupler on...makes it nice and sticky for the coupler...sounds like a Hoosier way but it works well and alot of people do it!

I'll prob do that! And I have tried setting the base timing, doesnt do anything! No matter if I ground the ecu or not, and no matter where I put the CAS. CAS was the first thing I switch out when this nightmare began!
I think you might be right! Did a few changed and got it idle longer and lil better but still pretty rough! everytime I turn the motor over and stop I look at the timing belt it hanging barely off the cam gear! Its never done that before!
