well not sure of the cm conversion but the emblem size is about 2.5 inches on all sides. But I think the home made version looks better. That's a stick and paste emblem that will most likely look tacky

So once the bolts are cut, assuming on the head, how to get the rest of the threads out? Or are the threads only on the cat side so the head falls off and theres just a hole after knocking the cat off?

Real quick, anyone have a quick way of getting those exhaust bolts out that are rusted and or welded themselves on the cat flanges with out cutting the whole cat out. Trying to salvage the flanges and just pull the cat. I hammered and used a air ratchet along with some break free spray but no go

Thats what I was going to do originally but I had an old kill switch in my car from my DVD player so I wired through that and ran to the tail lights instead. Now I can kill it with or without the fogs being on. Any combo. With the headlights or parking lights on.

Good call on that advise. I almost bought an ebay bumper becuase the price was right but now glad I didnt. Ill wait until I find a good OEM one and until then, hoping that new paint and gorilla tape on the cracks on the underside of my bumper holds for a bit longer... :shhh:

Im actually going to turn my screws around and push them from the inside and just cut them off and smooth over the holes. But thats down the road. Dont really feel like pulling that bumper off again for abit.

I have the same thing on my hood, just not as big, previous owner must of shut the hood to hard and it hit the BOV or something.Not sure what made that bump in the hood. I bought the car like that but it was completely stock. I think something fell on the car previously and they hit too far...

I want to upgrade the exhaust to an Apexi or ThermalR&D and add a FMIC to my 2G gst. Is this something that will bolt up to my stock turbo for the time being? I know I will probably need to upgrade my BOV though and add a more accurate turbo gauge.
