Sounds like it could be a few things. either the clutch is bad, since you didnt say how long you had the clutch in there we dont know if thats a problem or not. if the shift for is bent then it will not guide the throw out bearing properly which could cause is not to shift. The balance shaft is fine, now its just crank walked, i ordered the bearing about an hour ago, they should be here around the 21.

the 16g is relativly new no shaft play or any of that it was resently used and worked fine. And i ran a cylinder leak down test and i heard no hissing anywhere. trying to get my buddy to bring me a comp tester tonight.

did you say the coolant sesor plug has the wire wrapped around the blade? that coul be your problems if the coolant temp sensor isnt reading then the car wont start. I would fix that plug and wire problem. first its cheaper and the more likely cause if its the coolant temp sensor thats broke.

Sounds like the coolant temp senser is going out. It will cause those problems. Do an olms test on your temp sensor at running temp that will tell if its good or bad. that should clear you right up.

Heres the Answer to the problem. It was not the head, the turbo was toast i had to re-build it, the other part of the leak was a bunch of stuff. The OFH was leaking as well as the crank seel and oil pump shaft seel, along with camshaft seels. now its almost done and about to be back on the road...

Do a boost leak test and a compression test, when is the last time you change plugs, wires, fuel filter? might just need a tune up

We need more symptoms, is it bucking, cough, feel like a brick what? any CEL lights. it might just be a boost leek. do a leek down test and a compression test.
