hey guys, sorry it took so long but i purchased a data logger and i had to kind of figure out how to use it. i pulled some readings from the car and it show that the TPS is at 0.3% and Baro. is at 0.1psi. I dont really know how to use this guy yet so any help from these readings would be...

So I am having a few issues! One being my car is dropping RPM's under boost even though I have a 1990 ecu in the car. The car is not wired up for a 91+. I also have a check.engine light yet my car runs fine, besides a newly developed rpm surge after a pull yet it only lasts like 5 pulses? Any ideas?

Its weird... The car runs great and a little after its warmed up. usually high RPM's but it will at low RPM's too. it will studder and jump really harsh! almost like a part gets warmed up, and acts up... once it does its studdering and jumping the car usually dies and i have to let it cool down.

I have never really tried to just let it heat up sitting there. It does not throw a CEL. i was kinda wondering if it was maybe coil pack acting up once it was warmed up maybe?
It doesn't matter what i do the car will studder. Once I put it in neutral it will stop studdering, and then usually it will die. Then it has to cool down before it will start again. The car does not over heat or anything though.

It's A bad idea to run that open like that. You're running the car and that turbo gets really warm, then you go to shut the car off cold air will get in there and it could crack the housing or warp fins on the turbine.
