it should help it if not fix it. just check to make sureall the parts are in good condition. my first eclipse was turbo and it creeped alittle but not as much as yours does and i replaced the same parts as you did with some better performance parts and it helped me.

alright the only thing i noticed was that the oil i put in yesterday is now gone and its back to the same level. the oil color seemed fine , didnt seem milky at all.

alright so it was deffinatly the pump. i found a cheap one on craigslist from someone and replaced it and it seems finefor now. im gonna replace the belt to ### its makin alot of noise. im gonna drive around for a few days and ill let you know what happens with it
