Is there a difference between a 1g 6-bolt and 1g 7-bolt head? These are the differences I THINK there are, please confirm?The two outside bottom studs for the exhaust manifold are M10 not M8 like all the others (not a problem I can easily pick up two M10 nuts)

try tightening your belts. mine was slipping but not making noise so the water pump wasnt running at the right speed. it had me stumped for a few weeks.

i think he said it was one that had been on a car with a small 16 set to 18psi. so it should be at least able to run that again. if everything else is set up right
we all assuming the worst. it may not be internal at all, try taking off all the belts other then the timing belt. try and see if its something on the outside of the motor.
