My old 99GST passed smog every time at test only stations with an evo3 16g, hks264's, black fmic and piping, supporting fuel mods, 3" exhaust w/non CA high flow cat (no one ever checked), etc. No shiny eye catching parts, kept it looking as stock as possible.

To add to whats been said, with DSMLink V3, an EPROM ECU is no longer a requirement for the 1G ECU's. ECMTuning, Inc. So no matter you're situation, you're covered....and oh, +1 more for white! My '91 GVR4 is white. :)
