Sounds to me like the starter teeth may be grinding. Take it out and check the teeth maybe it's not engaging properly.

This is resolved. I used a 20 amp switch when I needed a 30 amp switch. I'm running a 50 amp switch now with no problems using this diagram.

I would check your grounds. My eclipse would always stall out at a hard stop. Well it was grounds. Some were missing and the one on the battery was loose. You also can add more.

I'll explain this real quick. You only have ten yrs then your out of luck trust me. Yets say you have a 1996 mitsubishi eclipse and the transfer case is bad and it is mitsubishis fault well you only have untill 2006.

yes. My transfercase did exactly what your talking about. What was going on is your losing gear oil out of the transfercase. Eventually it will lock up completely. Is there any grinding going on?

One thing I did on my autometer boost gauge was the nipple on the fitting was so small and the hose would just fall off. So i built up the fitting with jb weld to make it a bigger nipple. Hose has never fell off since three yrs running.

What I'm saying is I have 2.5. Ecm link will not let you buy anything from them unless you upgrade. This is a simple soluution for cheap instead up grading.
