what makes u think the HX40 is chocking? U could switch from a 12 blade to 10 blade setup to help with backpressure. Or you could just have the wastegate open more, dropping boost, but a dose of nitrous will bring it back up.

Check the injector resistor pack.Also make sure that STP stuff didnt clog up an injector.You really need to start car, let it idle, then one by one disconnect the injector harness and listen to see if engine speed changes. Find which 1 or 2 cylinders arent firing.

Why do people run these manifolds? Ive never seen a dyno comparing this manifold to a stock one. I did see a post where someone went from a FP manifold back to a evo3 manifold and they lost 7hp on the dyno but that was done on different days.
Should be running before Christmas. My transmission's gear set was toast. It was cheaper to just swap over my valvebody and end clutches to a spare transmission. Went head and upgraded to Kiggly front cluthes, spare differential welded. All done by Rix Racing in West Virginia

Post an idle log or something! That way we can see how Link is setup. You can post logs and let members here make the adjustments. street tuning with real load and airflow is better than a dyno in my opinion.
Don't go back to that tuner, I don't think the cams are the issue.
How exactly is your wastegate setup? Being controlled with Link? Using top and bottom ports?
Without pictures and a log................I don't see how you could expect people to diagnose the problem.
The clock spring has 5 wires. So you get 5 choices. 1 goes to horn, 1 for upshift, 1 for down shift, 1 for ground, 1 for nitrous.I tried grounding the upshift and down shift to the steering column to free up another wire but the ground wasnt clean.

Forced Four Shift Box Lite. You have to use the buttons, the lite version doesn't come with a hand held unit. I plan on upgrading to the version where u can use buttons and\or program shift points.

Just an update. The gear set is destroyed. Clutches appear to be fine.
A few things happen to the tranny which could have caused this.
1- tow truck towed AWD auto car for 45 miles with the rear wheels on the ground (I did sue them but I lost, at least the driver was fired)...
A 6 blade HX40 Pro in a bep 55 housing should spool up the same but choke about 500-1000 rpms later. The DSM 76,82,and 86 are better turbos but they cost $2000 compared to a junk yard HX40.
