I'd go 10.5 with crower 2 wit springs. Msd not needed. The ecu yor using leads me to believe its an automatic, I'd do a manual swap(higher revs so you can get the most out of cams). An use a manual ecu. That way it will be fun. Pretty simple build.
first goals(horsepower). Go to big lots of lag. Then how much are u willing to spend? Is it a 2.0 or did u bore over? I would go gt30 or bw200 series. An most likely bigger injectors. how much boost are you running now? have you maxed out your setup?

Hey Jus, I strip 2 bolts on my compressor cover. They sit next to each other. Can it be repaired or is the cover useless. I have 2 set of brackets that came with my rebuild kit. 1 is a 2 peace 3 bolt and the other is 3 peace 2 bolt.

Boost it you will be happy. Be warned boost is additive. You are going to want more power. So make plans for the rebuild. It not a DD so your not going to be crying over down time if it pops. If you leave it in a safe zone 6lb you should get another 8000,miles out of it.What size turbo are you...

1 what rpm have u turn the motor to sense you turbo it. Do u have a fuel defender hooked up.( I don't see a missing link).your oil and drain should be at 12 an 6 o'clock( straight up an down) yours look to be at 11 an 5. Have u check for shaft play.

Well I'm ordering the setup from crank-scrapes.com. the pic for crank scraper showed bolts in the blocks base, I don't remember bolt holes in the bottom of block. It's been 3 yrs so I may be wrong.

Wait its a water cooled turbo? Were are u getting your oil feed for your turbo? Where you getting the water from? Not saying it can't be done but, so for it sound like your burning money. An you may ruin a good turbo. You lost me at big nasty.

Wastegate and bov go to a source on manifold. Symtech labs best around. I went with a do it yourself kit. Had to send it to them to correct my mess. Is your Wastegate internal or external? Do you know what its set at?
