Go with ss feed if you can. I wouldn't do ss gaskets unless you get the flanges resurfaced.

If you don't use ac wouldn't be a bad idea to remove the condenser or w.e. it is in front of rad. Did you put a lower temp tstat in? Antifreeze good? Try some water wetter to. Can you put factory fans back on?

Pour some cheap oil down feed and return lines to. Clean pan with brake cleaner and let dry. Maybe spin oil pump with drill.

Is the leak from the feed or return. Stop driving it and fix the leak. Stock lines?

Auto?

Loosen up exhaust mani and see if its coming from before or after. Loosing any fluids? Check spark plugs?

Might as well clean the carbon out of the exhaust ports well its off. Is mani cracked from cat being clogged?

Wouldn't be a bad idea to go e85.

Just do feed from filter to rail and you'll be good.

Center section was cracked in turbo, coolant would go down oil return line.

Whats wrong with the stock engine?

Use two gaskets and some rtv ultra grey. Then get a stud and nut or use stock bolt. Let sit over night. Good to go.

Why bother with forged pistons and rods? If your using e85 pretty much no detonation, unless your piston ringlands are cracked your wasting money. Just put arp bolts in the rods. I would worry about valve float before the bottom end. Also use a $30 fel pro headgasket not a steel one. You want a...

No those will be fine. Also if theres nothing wrong with your bottom end leave it stock except put arp bolts in the piston rods. Hx 40 with tube mani and external gates should get you close.

Is antifreeze new?

I used a fel pro the $30 one cleaned the block and head good. No problems with arps to.

Get a fan or two blowing through it, maybe unplug the electrical connections and cram them full of vasoline or dielectric grease.

Pretty sure you need 750s for it to idle close unless that's only on 1gs.

1gs are a lot easier and cheaper to fix replace with used parts

were all shift forks checked to be in spec? it might be your shift fork.

you can weld another bolt to it. best way i've found.

spark plugs can arc with the oil in there. causing the miss ect. mine 4g63 had all bad but a felpro gasket was cheap.
