when i would try to accelerate hard in first gear, i was having quite a bit of clutch slipping.
also sometimes when i would be pushing my car hard and would be at around 5-6k rpms i would lose all power to my wheels for a second then it would snap back in really hard and jolt my whole car...
so i thought that my slave cylinder was messed up, so i got a new one and went to put it on my car and i realized that my clutch engagement tab, that comes out of my transmission is putting absolutely no pressure against my slave cylinder rodinstead of it being pushing against the slave...

it will be the worst mistake of your lifei had one and had to get 3 new turbos and 2 new engines for it and blew my tranny with only 57,000 miles..ive had my 98 GST for 4 years, i push it hard everyday and the worst prob ive had to far is a vacuum leak with 160k miles.
