As most of the people have already stated be sure to sell it on an open title. Dont tell the person that you bought it to resell. I have done it a bunch of times while being unemployed and you can make a ton of money on the side.

Didnt want to make a new thread so I will bring this one back. My buddy just got dsmlink for his 97gsx and I was wondering what the base timing should be set at for his car. Its a stock 7 bolt with a 16g on it. Its going to run off regular 93 pump gas. Thanks

Thanks guys. So far it seems as though the most durable one will be the cast manifolds so may have to look into one of those.

They are awesome to deal with. My buddy has ordered multiple megasquirts from them and has never had one problem.

I saw advertised on the site a couple weeks ago that they make a manifold for under 400. I cant seem to find it right now and was wondering if any one could tell me what vendor offers this product? Thanks for your help

im thinking about doing a 3 inch exhaust cut out on my car instead of the 3 inch exhaust. does any one else on here have one or opinions on them? thanks for your time

My friend went ahead and bought one of these wonderful eBay "evo 16g" turbo's and it is one of the biggest wastes of metal. The thing spools like a 42r and will not hold waste gate boost. It spikes like crazy and just over all sucks. I would not recommend one to any one

Megasquirt has been used by a ton of different dsm's and will be my next choice of stand alone

I have a done a stage 3 set up with my buddy on his s4 and it really is quite easy. All connections come off with one plug and the front end coems off very easy. The motor comes out almost effortless. Could probably get it done in around 3-4 hours next time around

There have been other upstate ny threads. I'm sure they have died off since alot of the older members have careers and other stuff to worry about

Thats the best answer you can possibly give..Its a whole different engine block,head,cams,intake etc etc. They improved every thing about it.

mine with the new rods,pistons,all new components in the head, along with frontcase and such was around 1850 or so. Its using all forged internals and typical head upgrades

its already been done on a newer miata but looks awesome
