I have the same issue with mine after installing it last week. Did you ever figured out a consensus to it? I confirmed the engine was at TDC with all the timing marks on the crank/cam gears lined up as well. The TDC marking on my fluidampr harmonic balancer just won't line up on the 1g lower...

Of the (4) white power wires coming off the battery that connect to the fuse box, there is a smaller 14 gauge white wire with red stripe coming from 20A fuse (Cond. fan Vent. cond.) which is tied into 2 of the 4 white power wires. What is this wire for exactly and is it needed?
