awesome, thanks for the help. but which wire is the signal wire? is there a way i could check it with my safc? it has a sensor check feature and i know the throttle % works on it but not sure if its spot on accurate.i checked on my safc and its between 0.475v and 0.480v do i need to adjust it?

you should be able to boost 16psi without issue....i have a 16g with stock fuel system and boost 18psi it only hits fuel cut when i exceed that. So id say make sure you dont have a boost leak. i think the stock boost is 8-12 so theres no way you should be hitting fuel cut at 12psi, maybe replace...
