    ive been told the 6152 is capable of 450-500 in the bolt on housing, would switching to a t3 housing on the 6152 not be worth it? would it really make more sense to switch to a holset? im currently runnign a ball bearing 6152 in a bolt on housing and have a t3 housing in the garage for it

    thanks i need to get my PCV system under control now, keep forcing oil out the dipstick under boost, new PCV valve helped a bit but it still does it in high RPMs, im goign to try and source a valve cover with larger breather ports to run a catch can setup.

    this most likely, also u can put a smoke machine used for checking EVAP leaks in the tailpipe then stuff a bunch of rags in after it and turn it on and it will fill the exhaust system with smoke and show the leaks. thats how i used to check mine

    yea i knew they used a t3 flange , ive run an hx35 on a normal tubular ebay manifold i modified :D, but i know the holset housings often times have fitment issues due to their size that other turbos dont. wondering if there is actually enough room to do it and if anyone has and has pictures or tips

    depends where the external wastegate is going, if its going on the manifold then you need to either weld the stock one shut or find some way to keep it forced shut, if the wastegate is going on the o2 housing then it would need to be removed

    at this point most of the trucks they come off of (90s cummins) are getting turbo upgrades and modded, or ending up in junkyards , hence making the turbos more availible
