Thanks for the reply, I did that last week, it sounded like the rotors and the dust shield, so I grabbed a wire brush and brushed away all the rust and road particles. Bent the shields out far enough to where they wont rub. Had a decent pile of rust n stuff from each side. They felt a lot better...

You mean the pulley itself is moving side to side, or i mean up and down? Take off the belt and try to wiggle the pulley up and down or front to back, Either way if its moving,its probably bad. Any movement other the the rotational movement is bad. It shouldnt be hard to switch out. good luck!
