Thanks everyone for the help, I'm going to pull off the timing belt and spin the oil pump and that should pin point the leak, I will keep everyone updated :)

@2gmitsueclipse Ok regarding spinning the oil pump I found some socket adapters I can use with my drill to spin the pump. Looks like I can do that once I have the timing belt disassembled, does that sound about right? That should help pinpoint the leak for sure I would think?
