2G What intake manifold is this? (pictures)

Besides the inlet diameter, your intake manifold is basically the same as EVO 1/2. And the differences between the EVO 1/2 and 3 is like what I mentioned above. The EVO 3's has a hole for a M16 banjo bolt and an extra vacuum port for the secondary air system like the pics below. The EVO 1/2/3...

2G What intake manifold is this? (pictures)

Here are corrections, If this intake manifold and throttle body in the OP's pic are originally paired, then this intake manifold is taken from a RVR (Or a Chariot). Not early EVO's. If you guys can see the TPS and cable pulley position is actually flipped. That's the RVR layout. The differences...

AEM White Wire Connection on 1G

Do you want to keep the factory O2 sensor or not? If you simulate the narrow band in ECMLink, you wouldn't need the factory O2 sensor anymore.

    1G timing belt question/fluidampr questions

This is why the Fluidampr rubbing issue doesn't happen on everyone. The both black and gray cover show the same part number on back. (I have one more 6 bolt cover from a different car w/ a different part number and that doesn't have the rib neither) I could be wrong but I guess all the 6 bolt...

I meant as for the 4g6 engine, we can help you here or you can download the factory service manual in English from many sites. But usually the dedicated circuit diagram is the one difficult to find and would be very useful for you since we can't help you much about that.

Dented Oil Pan and Oil Leak After High RPM Driving

Japanese aftermarket sensors are PT (Not NPT) unless it's knock offs. So keep in mind, in case if you would buy Japanese brand's products in the future such as GReddy, Defi, HKS etc, oil filter sandwich, oil cooler, temp sensor adapters etc etc, usually they come with PT.

Yeah if the car was originally sold outside of Japan, there should be one in English. Or maybe someone made?It was common. But it's just there are so many variations on Delica. You have to get the right one for yours. Is yours P24W correct?
  13. DSMPT

You can find many engine/drivetrain info here. I also recommend to look for the dedicated factory wiring diagram. That would really help you to maintain the car for long!! That would probably be in Japanese but I'm sure you would be able to understand it by seeing illustrations and symbols.

Dented Oil Pan and Oil Leak After High RPM Driving

This happens sometimes. After market oil pressure switch would often leak between the metal and the plastic part where the green line is. Even it's new, it would happen. Many years ago I tried like 3~4 of them from different local parts stores and all leaked in the same way sooner or later. What...

    I am not a Nissan guy, so I don't know everything about. 1G Rectifier (MD133171 / MD136839) Test

The most common alternator's issue on 1g is no charging. Overcharging would happen but much less likely. Most of people who are struggling with replacing reman alternators very often is because the heat, vibration and oil/fluid leak would kill the low quality regulator and soldering easily and...

Yeah that' what we thought. This sounds like the idle position switch is a bit off. You should adjust it first if it's off. The TPS should also be adjusted at the same moment. Then check the ISC if you think it's not working properly. Please refer the pics below.

Yes.You have to check what's connected to pin #6 now. Can't say for sure but #6 could be blank now? (If it was a turbo car, just switch #6 and #14). If so, just de-pin #14 like the video in the link below and switch to #6 and leave #14 as blank. It was just an idea. Was not that important :)

Personal preference, I really don't need the oil squirters for my usage and I am tired of breaking/replacing oil squirters. Also the cylinders may be less wrecked by previous owners. So I prefer a non turbo block if it's available when I build the engine.
