I think its great

Im not one for drastic change, but this set up seems like something ill really like once i get used to it. Great job by the mods.

i don't like it as much as the old one...

old was really clear and easy to read etc....
this new one (at least at first) is not so easy to read..

but i guess i will get used to this and it will be ok

you really spruced this beeyotch up, It was a bummer though when I was at work late thursday and on friday and couldnt get on dsmtuners though!

I don't mind it, but I thought it was better before in all honesty. I don't like how you can't post picture attatcments now. That kind of bummed me out. But I'm sure its for a reason.

I'll have to look at the gallery, People PM me about what you don't like.

I really loved the old one 10 times better, honestly...
this one its a little bit more confusing... the old was indeed easier to surf thru...

and the gallery its just not organized this way... I miss the old site already... really.

Now I'm open to constructive criticism, but is this necessary? If you're not going to take the time and explain what it is you don't like, then please don't post comments like this. I single-handedly put way too much work into this upgrade to have people post this. I spent several hours dumbing down the cluttered default layout to make it look as close to the old layout as possible. Now I can still make changes if people would just give feedback instead of verdicts.

Some things I've changed due to feedback:
- the Gallery (I changed the main page back to how it used to be)
- the PM flashing feature in the top right corner

Things I will likely change soon:
- Smilies (change them back to the old ones)
- put in some old hacks that were lost in the upgrade
-- one sig image per page
-- last 10 posts in the users' profile
-- different color names in the Who's Online box on the forums index page
-- some profile changes/additions

Hopefully everyone will take into consideration the work that was done to limit the downtime and implement new features without changing the whole dynamic of the forums. I know change isn't always easy or welcomed, but trust me, there's so much more available in this new system that you'll warm up to it soon enough.

I really like how you can get the alt text on each thread by putting the mouse over the subject, cool idea.

Well after being in florida for a week, then coming home to discover a new tuners, i was suprised. im still getting used to the new setup, but i like it.
