Hey, A german friend of mine told me that he saw a 2003 Porche 911 Turbo. I looked at the Ad, mostly in german. And the big 5000 Euro stuck out at me. WHOA, a NEARLY NEW 911 turbo for what.... $6100. So I think "No way, too good to be true." I call the number, lucky me the guy speaks english. So I asked him, was it wrecked... nope, blown engine....nope, theif recovery..... nope. At this point he invites me to take a look at it. So I take him up on the offer. I drive to the house, and right away I get out and the whole place sticks. I was thinking "sewage problem." As I got closer to the garage, the smell was getting stronger. The seller takes a hankie out of his pocket as he pushes the garage door opener, and I was like WHOA!!!!! The smell hit me all at once. Almost knocked me out. So I hold me breath and look around the car, CLEAN, brand new. So before I go on, I ask him. What the HELL is that smell. Well, its seems like the owner of the cars wife thought that her husband was having an affair. While he went on a buisness trip (which apparently the wife thought he was going to see another women), the wife shoots herself in the car, in the driveway. The husband returns some weeks later to find her rotting corpse in the car. Poor guy, he can't stand to be around the car so hes selling it. The seller (who is not the owner) said they replaced the ENTIRE interior but can not get the smell out.

I had to walk away from this one, bad carma to own a car on those circumstances. What would you have done.

Lol!! Myth Busters did a special show dedicated to this. Buy that Bytch. The smell CAN be removed you just have to scrub every inch of the car or maybe hire a professional. it'll just take a little time. But those new 911's are beautiful.

911 Turbo for $6100? You would be insane not to buy that, please give me this guy's number :) You could always pimp some nose plugs, you know, the things for retards who don't know how to NOT BREATHE under water :thumb:

The R33 never happened dude, we were on the verge on getting it but, alas:
price of car + full coverage of a non-US/non-domestice (from germany) car > Army pay = no R33.

But just for memories sake.
:breaks into song:

Sounds like that episode of Seinfeld. Anyways for 6k I would have taken the car, I know the smell of death, but still thats a damn good deal. Coat the inside with chemicals or something.

You do not pass up that kind of a deal under any circumstance.

So you are trying to sell us the idea that you turned down a 2003 911 Turbo for only $6100? That tells me one of two things. You are making this up or.......well, you eat paste because you like the flavor.

Seriously, so a lady killed herself in it, it's a 03 911T for $6100!! The smell CAN be removed.

Unless I'm mistaken this car is in Germany. You would still have to pay shipping and get it registered as a US car.

You guys would roll in a car a distraught wife shot herself in? :barf:

let me have a # where i can reach the guy. I'm going to be going over there in 2 weeks to visit my family. i don't care what the car smeels like i will send the money tonight. western union... im sure you can pm me the # unless this is a bunch of bs.. also where you stationed at? my brother was over there for 2 years. Also what color is it and any add ons to it? I have delt with buying and shipping 3 cars from germany.. you can get BMW's benz alot cheaper even with shipping.. and there faster
