You can change the color of the vinyls. After selecting the vinyl you want, it bring you back to the layer selection screen. Hit square there (on PS2) and you can change the color of them like that.

I just got my check today and im buying NFS:Underground tonight.Im so damn excited im gonna be playing it all damn nightI couldv'e bought it with last weeks check but I ended buying an Injen intake for my car Sunday night,other than that I wouldve had it the day it came out

i just got the gsx at 58 races. i personally dont think its that fast compared to the others. its fast but the acceleration is not as fast as the celica or rsx. im disappointed.

Pick your vinyl, get it on the car, then take the mouse down to "change vinyl color" after you selected the vynil you want

and the game runs fine now that ea released a patch fo rthe PC version.
Still takin it back though, I just got the GSX on XBOX so Im not starting over on PC

i deff agree w/ you on that 1 the gsx does actually suck in the game i think the celica is faster....cuz of its vvtl-i i got my gsx after 56races and now i am race 83/111

im on 103/111 now, this shizz is getting too hard

im still totally baffled why the fwd cars launch faster than rwd and on-par awd when starting a circuit race... they seem to jump out ahead while say an rx7 or supra falls behind.... :thumbdown

are you dumping it at redline? thats what i do then shift to second and give it a squirt or two

hehe, I hope you were kidding, because thats not how dialup internet works. But using dialup for this game may not be so fun because of the lag and racing do not mix well.

I started breathing heavy and feeling lightheaded when i first turned it on and in the intro screen they showed the GSX getting mods bolted on it... mmmmmmm mmmmm

notice when you are "hooking up" the car that the icons (where it says engine, exterior, etc...) are little pictures of eclipses... represent

But.. the only flaw i found in the game is the Blow off valve noise you get when an automatic is shifting (shame on you!) and i dont think it does it when you let off the gas either... oh well can't be perfect

I love this game, wait till you guys (that haven't) finish this game. It has a unique twist at the end. I was pissed, I had to use an RX-7 to win (hint hint). I know F&F, but for a game what do you expect? Overall a 8 out of 10.

I keep getting stuck on some courses

I have xbox version and it seems as if the easy and hard mode are the exact same

I always do drag and drift in hard mode...
but other races in easy
but hard mode seems EASIER and i run 30+ seconds better EVERYtime in hard mode! what the heck is up with the cheating AI

it loses 2/5 stars for the crappy AI

Nope, my RX-7 smokes 90% of the Skylines I've raced. Unique mods are the key to being fastest, the combination of them you choose factors in heavily. Different unique mods will have different results depending on the car. As for the cheating AI, I don't know about the Xbox version of the game, but the PC version has an option called "Catch-Up," which will bring the AI players right up behind you if you get too far ahead, and slow them down if you get too far behind. I keep forgetting the Xbox version doesn't have multiplayer, but give the RX-7 a shot, I'll bet with a little practice you can run faster lap times.

Miata --> rx7 --> supra --> eclipse --> skyline

skyline by far (xbox version) ownz the others...i only got 2 U mod's done turbo and engine i think it was...

but i got lvl 3 eveything else, im stuck on race like 98 or something...

i beat the god damn game then downloaded the latest patch and the piece of shit took me back to race 85!!!

Once I got all mods, I kept the eclipse and beat the game just for the hell of it.

I don't have internet yet so no online play....
And another thing
