I just got my blitz dtt dc2 (with boost guage) installed the other day and today I got my hallman boost controller and installed that. I figured I would just turn up the boost a few pounds and be alright. My mods are basicly just a K&N cone filter and those 2 things. So I was out adjusting my boost controller, and on one run boost hit 1.08 bar (~15.9 psi) (doh!). I have boost adjusted down to .9 bar (~13.2 psi) now and it feels pretty good. BUT! on my way to work today I was boosting a little bit and all the coolant comes out the overflow dump tube. NOT GOOD!!! So I did some research here and found thats a symptom of a blown head gasket. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I think I may just be a victim of my own stupidity here.

I never recommend more than 15psi with a stock fuel pump, but one run at 16psi shouldn't do a head gasket in. You didn't say which, but the coolant coming out while boosting is different than it coming out at idle or after the car is shut off.

Get a compression gauge for $20 from an auto store and do a compression test. You'll need the gauge at some point in the future anyway, so you may as well buy it now. That will tell you if anything internal is bad or not.

You could also check the condition of your radiator cap. If it's not sealing properly, it'll leak until your overflow reservoire is full.
