Haha, ok so the story is; I have been wanting to get my 18's re powdercoated. This consists of obviously, taking the rims/tires apart, etc. Well i picked up these rims from my friend to roll on, not knowing they were white.

my car is red and black. all over. and now white rims with a chrome lip

i laugh when i look at my car now, because i ALMOST like these things on it!

What do you guys think!?

the white is actually not too terribly bad. if they were silver with the lip it would actually look pretty sick, but eh, beggers cant be choosers.

so the first rims(black with red lip) are just getting re-powdercoated?

you know i could lie to you and say "wow those rims look great" but im not a liar(liars go to hell) so im gonna tell ya, they look pretty, and by pretty i mean wow those are pretty(like you r mom calls you pretty, you know to be nice ). No seriously they arent that bad haha, i'd rock em in my car.

I like it! That lip to match the car is hott!

Idk about the color matching and what not, but I have always loved white wheels. Had them on my talon. (must be the ricer in me)

I'd think white wheels are waaaay tooo much maintence since they look dirty so easy.

Your car has a dark theme to it, and those silver/white wheels just threw it off, but im sure you will fix that soon enough

I liked your wheels the first time I saw them at the WMDSM meet this year in Grand Rapids. You were parked about two cars down from me and I didn't notice them until an hour before I left. I thought they were sweet.

haha haven't heard that in a long while. The wheels don't look too shabby, personally i either like black with a polished lip or the way they came.

I like the temporary rims better just for the contrast.

With the "nice" rims = show car (it looks too perfect )

With the "temp." rims = go car.

OR, with the stock hood, the "nice" rims are sweet.

Bottom line, the thing is bad-ass no matter the rims.

Oh, and FYI, three spokes are reigning champ most awful.

correction, 3 spoke Prime wheels are the most aweful.

not saying the others were ugly, cause they definately arent, i'd just prefer the black n' red ones better.

im sorry but I don't like the white wheels I had a 1997 GS-T that was the same color and I had a set of white Rota's on it at 1 time and I hated it and then bought a set of 16inch Black Rota slipstreams ......Stick to the black with matching lip looks alot better im my opinon

The reason I was confused with what you said is because you told him to keep his originals, implying thats what he wasnt already going to do.

eihter way man i love the way your car looks, the first rims arent that bad, but i love the color on your car especially the lip
