We did the test the testing, supplied BEP w/ graphs and they made their own comparisons/comments.

The S200 in the T3 housing is a bad ass turbo! Personally i don't prefer it in the Mitsu housing. We've tested both and the T3 housing outperforms it hands down. The graphs shown above are w/ the .76AR T3 turbine tested on a 98 GSR. We've been waiting for 6 months now for a S300 in a T3 housing but apparently they still aren't available. Im not really interested @ all in that setup in the Mitsu housing. I feel its way to large of a compressor to be stuffed in a little Mitsu housing, especially setup w/ internal gate.

That is what I assumed, and thanks for the clarification.

Cool, another biggie stage eleventeen turbo in a too small turbine housing with an internal. Can't wait to see all the kiddies spend all their milk money on this badboy so they can finally run 12s.

I don't know what I enjoy more, that comment or the fact that I absolutely can not understand why people purchase these "bad boy, monster, huge, etc." turbos with internal wastegates.

The wg doesn't bother me nearly as much as the turbine housing. People run these gynormous compressors in really small turbine housings. I just don't see the point.

Hey guys I got a S200 from nick at SLS and put it on my 1.6l (D) honda civic hatch.. let me tell you this Its the best turbo in my opinion... and I have used many PTE'(4) Garrett's(2) Ive done leak test on all turbos and all the turbos had leaks around the compressor housing except for the S200!! I once had a V-Trim and its leaked so bad around the compressor housing that I used some silicon to stop the leak. Well when the turbo went bad like they all do.... I sent it in and they wouldnt replace it or fix it.!! O well back to the S200 I would not buy it with the mitsu housing!!! So if you need a custom manifold made call SLS

The honda went 12.2 @113 with only 10 psi on a stock 1.6L Z6 Cant wait to see this turbo on 20+ psi and a built motor

This thing is similar in size to a 50 trim/3052, both of which have been proven to excel in mitsu-flanged turbine housings. I can understand when you take something that flows 70+ lb/min and stuff it into a small turbine housing, but this turbo isn't exactly huge in the grand scheme of things. Not everyone wants to dime up for a T3 manifold, custom o2 housing, and stuff. Why should we be stuck with the same old Garrett stuff when there's newer/better technology out there that can be incorporated into a bolt-on housing?
