Use that foam in a can to foam the insides of the door panels to make your doors more rigid and less rattle, and use an allan wrench to adjust the lil metal cushons on the tops of the doors (with the panels off of course). I believe they moved around with time and due to the lil cotton cushons loosing their cushonish that they need to be adjusted. I delt with it for several months in different ways. Those were the two main ways I used to adjust them. Check out some of my threads from a few years ago if you want more in depth details. That write up here on the tuners forums isnt that great. It just takes alot of tinkering with to get them right and they will still rattle some. I even thought about buying new metal cushons from satan to see if that would help, but I didnt.

I did this fix just after posting here, just wanted to say made a huge difference! Aslo veyr easy and fast. Took like 10min a door.

Did this today so I thought I'd snap some pics...



As you can see my clip wasn't even on the track, when you put it back in make sure it's on the track.



I put it on the ground and hit it with a hammer to get them back togther.



Back on the Track and ready to go.

Since doing this wonderful mod, my passenger door makes a horrid knock sound coming from the opposite end of the door where the slider is. The glass is clearly hitting on something.
Is there anything to "fix" on that end of the door as well?

Something must be loose, take it apart and inspect it.

I hate these guides because the pics never stay up.

Agree.. I'm not a huge mechanic myself to understand it with just text, plus english isn't my native language so some terms are hard to understand
