I installed my greddy electric boost controller according to the instruction manual. I was wondering if i need to block the other vac port on the wastegate?????

If you have an electronic boost controller (EBC) you'll need both ports on the wastegate. The EBC uses both boost and vacuum to more accurately control the wastegate's function. The instruction manual that came with the EBC should tell you the best way to hook everything up. Contact the manufacturer if you've lost the manual.

It's nice to see such a good looking 420A turbo car on Tuners, by the way. Do you mind me asking where you got the manifold from? You're unique by having the compressor on the passenger's side, but it looks good.

the manifold is for a 4g63 motor but what i did is added 2" of pipe and put the 420a flange on it. i also had to remove the A/C

I thought I saw that manifold before... looks like it's from SSAutochrome/Turbocalculator.

They've been known to crack, so godspeed to you, sir. If you welded those 2" sections on yourself, I would consider adding some bracing on too.

The manual I got with it shows the top (vac or boost) port on the wastegate going to the ebc and then a open boost source going to the ebc.

Then that's what you do... sounds right to me.

ok so can someone help me with this set up I have, I have the same motor and everything, I have the BOV the wastegate, and a manual boost controller, here is a diagram if someone can tell me where everything goes that would be great, thank you.

Both the bov and the wategate have two nipples

if you look at his previous set up, I have the same Wastagate, same manual boost controller, but the Greddy style BOV with the two nipples

OK here i a diagram of what I have right now, I got what you did on that diagram which by the way is really good, thanks, but here it is just to be sure. I number each of the nipples and if someone can tell me where what goes that would be great and I plan to use just the manifold Vaccum line, would that work to, or do I have to use different vac lines, Thanks for the help guys.

Wait... what? I thought I covered all that in the diagram.

1.) Goes to the intake manifold.

and... I have no idea what 2,3,4,5,6,7,8, and 9 are.

THey are the wastegate and the BOV, and they both have two pipples, and the other is the MBC, I will just take a digital picture of what I have hold on.

Just look at the bottom-right diagram that I made. That's EXACTLY how you should hook it up: the bottom nipple on the BOV gets left open and so does the top nipple on the wastegate.
