the srt4's flows better it's a reverse rotating 16g wheel but the bad thing is it has a TD04 turbine wheel

So I probably wont be able to put a srt4 wheel in a 14b housing, will I?

No. The rotation of the turbo is opposite the 14b's rotation. You could do it, but it would be horribly inefficient, and might not even work.
