I installed a nitrous system, and the wiring-throttle switch-and jet settings are good.
When I went to use it, it gave off an intake backfire. Everything seems okay and I checked it out for sensor problems and they are okay. But now I am trying to figure the problem out.
1. I know that when I floor it, there is a loss of power in small surges. Someone thought a fuel pressure problem.
2. Could there be a backfire with the fuel pressure problem? And what can I do to solve this?
3. The car runs strong at 3/4 throttle, and I was going to attempt to reposition the throttle switch to open at an earlier stage so I don't have to floor it. Can someone help before I do that crazy idea and try it?
Thanks!
