:talon: :thumb: Hi, i just got my exhaust and its completley different LOL.

I ordered a standard 2g turbo back exhaust, standard steel.

'this is what i got

a POLISHED SS downpipe.
Things i dont remember about this is the hanger for the DP is a bent flat steele with a hole in it. shouldnt it be a prong like the rest of the exhaust.

they changed the Bullet Muffler? its smaller and now comes with a sound reducer to bolt in

i Think they either sent me the SS DP accidentally or as a gift I dunno.... I didnt order it.

badass...

As far as I know, those hangers are wrong. All the 2g's I've been under have used the stretchy rubber piece, that simply slides onto an existing prong. Much like those prongs on the rear section of the piping, near the muffler. There is also only one prong, not two. The muffler piping also curves above the rear axle, not to the side.

If the only problem is the hanger, I can work with that.

I need to know if the exhaust is shaped correctly, to clear the rear diff, and come down off the turbo and make its way back to the rear .

its been a LONG time since ive had a aftermarket dsm exhaust in my hands, and the first time for a 2g. so im a little foggy of what i need tohave.

thanks.

Sweet Bliss!

My Buschur has the holes and flat hangers in the front to. What i did was get a hand full of washers and 3 bolts that fit threw the rubber hangers and the flat hanger. And bolted the crap together...... Works great havent fallen off and ive driven a good 400 or so miles since. Only problem is the 3 inch over the axle hits the heat sheild next to the gas tank when you hit a bump. ROFL

Everything is right. The exhaust is bent right and you can bolt the downpipe in to the hanger, although my RNR that I got a month ago wasn't like that.....weird. I love how they don't tell you that they aren't welding in the rear O2 bung....I was not pleased by that part of it.
