I'm running a T67 w/ supporting mods, i'm not able to find an O2 housing already made with a 4 bolt flange, i would appreciate any help and ideas from anybody else running the same turbo. I'm running a Turbonetics manifold so i'm sitting pretty far off the block. I have a 4 bolt flange already that i can weld an O2 housing to but cant find one with the right angle for my downpipe to hook up.

You have to go custom made...it's simple as that. It's not like an FP Green or a Bullseye turbo that tons of people run, which means a shop might make an o2 housing for it or someone might have one used. Check out cheapturbos.com, or any turbo shop. They'll have just a 4 bolt flange, it's up to you to take the flange to an exhaust shop and have them make you something about it.

Take it to someone who is very good at welding and who can work with "orange slice" style bends (or very sharp bends). The O2 housing is everything for fitting a turbo that size on due to clearance issues and working around things.

What kind of Turbine housing do you run?

Is it T3 4-bolt, or old school 4-bolt T4 Housing? Also what .A/R?

From what your saying it could be a T3/T67 but must find out for sure.

It's a T3 with 4 bolt flange .63 A/R housing

I have a 2.5 inch 4 bolt housing . I will sell it to you for $170 shipped. If you want a pic, let me know. It has a 2.5" 4 bolt flange and is made of stainless. It connects right up to a stoock downpipe. I didn't even use it 50 miles because I blew the turbo and went to a GT35R with a 3" 4 bolt 02 housing. You cant buy the 3" 4 bolt ones. Those are the custom ones people are talking about. I have been having problems finding someone local to make me one. The turbo I used was using the turbonetics T3 manifold so it should work perfectly. PM me if you are interested. I could get it out with a tracking number a day after payment.

I know I'm bringing this up from the dead but it's exactly what I've been wondering about. If I get the dsm I'm hopin to get, I'll be back into the dsm scene again and may throw my T-67 on it. Tried to look at Victory's site but guessing it's down??? Anyone know of someone that makes em? My T-67 is a T3 as well but the outlet is like 2.75 inches wide so don't wanna be going from 2.75 to a 2.5 inch pipe, and back up to 3 inches ya know?

Punishment Racing and Victory Performance... I believe Straight Line Specialties makes them as well... I am going with the Punishment housing and hope to have it in a week or so. They have been awesome to deal with and their customer service is top Notch. You can see what mine looks like as soon as it comes in.

Hutch, you have a T-67 now??? Haven't seen your ride in forever now...even though we live relatively close to each other.

No I have a turbonetics 60-1 hifi with a T4 housing. I just know from dealing with Punishment Racing that they make the O2 housing you are looking for. You should be able to get a good deal on it. No more than 275 or so. Not sure since I bought mine during the package deal. They can make you whatever you need if you call them. I had to call and place a special order since they did not have it on their site. You can come see mine when it comes in or I can bring it out to one of the meets on Friday. I will let you know.

Do they make O2 housings that'd fit a T-67? Or just sell the stuff to fabricate one? Buying a housing that's already made to fit is the goal here.

Hutch, did you ever get yours yet? If my dang Mustang would sell, I'd finally have a car that'd allow me to need to worry about needing a housing for my turbo. This week would be nice.

I am guessing you have the 5-bolt exhaust housing? Those are usually a little larger. I would say go with www.punishment-racing.com ask for a 5-bolt T-3 2.75 inch id exhaust flanged o2 housing and definatly go with the stainless steel. It's way better quality!
