I just think its funny that everyone is surprised girls can drive a stick or drive a stick with a 2600. I know some girls around here that are awesome drivers better than alot of us guys actually.

Its not like your teaching a monkey to drive or something. So why wouldnt girls be able to drive our cars like a "champ?" and why is it considered a "hard task" just because your a girl? Doesnt make much sense to me.

ROFL this is funny cuzz im puting the 2600 in for the hope that my girl wont want to drive it LOL im not leting any one drive my awd when its done ive put to much time and money in it to lose it to some one i know has almost wrecked more times then i can count. i think i love my car more then her. and she loved driving my fwd tsi so im not taking the chance with this one LOL

This isnt AIM.

my gf launched my stang on accident trying to drive

mcleod stage 3 clutch with tremec tko 500 trans = cya leg

My Girlfriend can drive my car easily with a act 2600 with a fully built TRE race tranny, specially after driving my 300zx tt with a JWT clutch, with no clutch booster :toobad: I need to get that thing fixed, my calves are always sore after driving it around the city. Although she does complain about the 2600 when she hasnt driven the car in a long time. She drives a 350z, which has a pretty smooth clutch. Some people complain that a stock 350z clutch is kinda stiff, but it feels like butter after driving my eclipse around.

I guess their always has to be the ass of the thread. im very impressed that my woman can drive the 2600. shes 5"4 all 115lb and can hold the 2600 down and not bi*** one time that her leg hurts? i dont care what you say thats impressive. i never said she was a dumb ass who couldnt learn how to drive. nor does this conversation have anything to do about my driving skills. the thread was made to find out if anyone elses g/f could drive it. i guess its not an uncommon thing these days.

You guys act like working a 2600 is tough.

If you can walk, you can do it. Jesus.

I fail to see how he qualifies as an 'ass.'

My wife had a act 6 puck in her civic.

I dont know why but after i read that sentence i just laughed..LOL i dont know what it is ROFL

girlfriend pictures are not needed, nothing bad just i do not see where it fits in. its up to you.

yet may i need to let you guys know my girlfriend drives a big rig and it turns me on when she calls me over the CB radio and we talk for hours. :rocks: LOL

I also taught my girlfriend to drive stick with my old 2g. I had a act 2100 in it. She also drives my 1g with a Coompetition clutch stage 4. It takes a few times for her to get used to it, because she is used to the stock clutch in her nt 2g.

my ex gf drove my act 2600 equipped evo just fine. she's on here but i'll leave her name out of this for her privacy, i still do have respect

shes getting better as we speak. does anyone have any ideas how i can teach her how to rev match and down shift? i keep trying to explain it but shes not getting the picture.......

I'd take it slow on something as complex as that for now.

mine can't tell a sprung hub clutch from a non sprung clutch, she drives both just fine. She drove my Conquest TSi home when I had a blown out knee and that had a Quarter master twin disk non sprung. If she and I raced she'd probably whoop me.

Hahah #### that, two of my girlfriends(now ex) wanted me to teahc them on my car. First one thought she could handle it just fine, but I think she didnt want to risk it, and I think its a little bit too powerful for her. Scared her when I hit throttle. (I am a little obsessed you may say and she was scared if she hurt it I would never talk to her again). Second one didnt get the concept that my car was lower than curbs, never let her touch it. In her forrester she drove over half the curbs in a trip to the grocery store. She was a wild one!

Ive only let 2 two people drive my car on the street. One was a very good friend of mine and was when she was stock, would never let him drive it now. Now the other friend drives a gs-t and I let him take it just up the street.

Now that my car is modded, I dont think I will ever let anyone behind the driver's wheel from now on. I have high respect for cars, and my car is a wee bit faster than many of my friend's, they just dont know how to handle it and I am scared as shit they wont react right when that boost hits and they hit the car in front of them from going to fast.

A girl I'm very good friends with wants a 1GA TSi AWD because she likes the looks of it and wants AWD, but hates pretty much anything that looks family-ish, whether it be a Subaru or an SUV. So (if you exclude cars that are so obscure that the average person can't find parts for it) that leaves a DSM or a Subaru Impreza coupe from the 90's, which she also thinks is ugly. She handles my 2100 just fine, but since she was on a few state champion track teams at my high school, that should be expected.
