:p hehe, i wish i could stay away from ditches and curbs. So far i have killeed 3 curbs, and 1 serious ditch.

And DSMJim, i would have kept the DSM if it was AWD, but it was only fwd. ANd as far as the swap goes, here's the deal: a 2.4L KA24 motor has a longer stroke, weaker rods, shitty pistons and a horrible flowing head. I would have to build the motor completely if i wanted any more than 260whp, because the stock 9.4:1 compression on weak parts will only handle 7-9psi. Meanwhile my swap runs 17psi all day long, and i am not nervous at all about breaking anything. All of my buddies that went with the KA-T setup blew there motors quikly and were always paranoid to drive it hard. I flog my car on a daily basis and love it! :thumb: I will run consistent 11's or low 12s for years, and i will never have to worry about a tranny. :D And a well prepped RWD will cut just as good 60's at the track. In drag racing AWD only has an advantage on the streets. However, i really dont care about drag racing, i am not building this car for drag racing at all, all i know is this thing is 10000x more fun to drive everyday! :p

Are you ####ing kidding me??? There wasn't a damn thing RICE about any of them. Well maybe, maybe it was the NSX with Volk GT-Ps, $2k exhaust, and very rare to see carbon fiber parts on it? Or wait, maybe it was the RSX-S with Greddy turbo kit, Greddy 24row fmic, greddy exhaust and lip kit, alont with $2k worth of suspension stuff (not including coilovers)?, maybe im still wrong...it must have been the 2 hatches one with built block LS with a baby eating turbo, or the b16 turbo hatch that runs 12s on street tires, untuned. Hmm no you know what, it must have been the GSR with fully built motor and Volk CE28s? Shall i continue and mention the LS with JDM front end conversion, Volks, and turbo charged...or the blue EK with built b18 and a turbo kit which puts down 400 on lower boost without a tune??? I think thats enough and i didnt go into barely any details about other things that they had. Let me tell ya, those are SOOOO rice...stfu! If you wanna talk anythin about rice, go look into your profile with your cheap ass ricey wheels, ### riced out projector headlights, and super cool fast and furious style audio system shit. So take your 15 second car somewhere else and talk about rice...

People like this piss me off the most and are the ones that give the bad rep for hondas and other cars. Yes, there are PLENTY of ricers out there that drive hondas, but no, by all means, these guys are not ricers.

No offense to the 240sx owner, but how do you gather that it looks "clean"? the fact that it looks stock except for the exhaust? Of course he has all the goodies under the hood and in suspension, but outside look of it rather plain than "clean". I like it alot but your judgement about cars amazes me.

Just for the record Thomas, get rid of that 2 foot wheel gap on your car, and your super cool audio box job is shitty...you have wires hanging out everywhere, that won't even win you points at rice fests. Oh yeah, and reason why not many people have 300zxTT is because they are really hard to find in good condition with low miles, engine is CRAMMED in there, they are hard to work on, not many parts are made and most are real expensive.

Here is your warning about respecting others. You get one.

First, off you have violated rule 3 multiple times
Second, I have a problem with you because you are a liar, so don't even try to call anyone out.
Third, speaking of calling someone out, you lucky I didn't call out you and your buddies at the GMU meet, (but I'm gonna call you out today) where you and your friends painted the turbine housing and the compressor housing of a EVO III 16g to make it look new and sell it for $400-some dollars, EVEN THOUGH YOU KNOW IT SEVERLY DAMAGED AND WOULDN'T RUN WORTH A D*MN. You thought it was funny, I thought it was f*cked up.

I got more to say but I won't say it, as it make provoke a flame war. You're are lucky I am not a mod, cause you would have been banned by now, especially since you continuelly disrepect this site and the moderators. One thing I will do is talk to the President at Team Trinity and try convince him that you will no longer be welcomed at thier events.
Is impersonating a mod against the rules? :p

You are now in voiolation of seller feedback rule and flamebaiting yourself. Not good.

Sorry, everyone. I didn't mean to hyjack the thread, this guy just pushed the wrong buttons and I lost my cool.Sorry. :( Forgive me. :sosad: Sowwy.

Back on topic.
I think your 240SX (or 200SX ;) ) is really clean and very well built. I always wanted to try my hand at drifting, but choosing a car has been the hardest part for me. I wanted to go with an AE86, S13-hatch with the Silvia front end (Sil-80), or another car (my secret receipt) :shhh: I'm having problems downloading the codec to watch the video. But I'm working on that. The last pic you got is the hotness. OMG :thumb:

Haven't been here for a while, the guys on a few GP forums are old dicks who have nothing better to do than to talk trash about DSM's and so called "ricers"....good thing for me im not one of them, friend of mine took a few pix of my car with his 05 goat, my mods are few but so far i have

Magnuson nose drive
3.4" S/C Pulley
Fenderwell 3.5" CAI
K&N
1" TB spacer
160 Thermostat
Random Technologies cat
U-bend and resonator removed
Flowmaster 40's

His Goat has the grill inserts, and the SLP loudmouth 2 and its an auto
his best ET bone stock, has been a 13.2 at 104mph

I haven't run the Prix just yet, im hoping for low 14's to high 13's with the DR's

Only thing i regret, is not having a 5 speed, and AWD LOL

wow i guess this is either the thread to stick all the threads about selling/quitting on dsm's, or someone needs to be shot for resurrecting this biotch.

btw looking back at me and krazywhitboys posts, man were we youngins back then.

Well its official. I have sold my DSM and I just purchased a 2005 White SRT4.

I gotta say, this thing handles NICELY even without the ACR package (soon to be purchased). and its pretty quick for a stock car. I needed something NEW and with a warranty. My DSM was causing alot of missed days at work.

I might be back one day... but it will probably be in EVO form ;)

I hope my tech article will keep helping people tune their DSMs.
Tuning Guide for the Beginner to Intermediate Tuner

Ill be lurking for sure everyonce in awhile for sure.

1991 Nissan 300ZXTT
current mods:
JWT Sport 650 Turbochargers
Stillen upgraded side mounts with ducts
HKS SSQV Bov's
JWT Dual Pop Charger intake
Full Turbo back Stillen exhaust
Brand new 5 speed OEM transmission
RPS Billet Flywheel with JWT clutch
Stillen short throw shifter
ECU upgrade (Unsure on the specs)
550cc injectors
Apexi S-AVC Type R Boost Controller set at 19psi
HKS Turbo Timer Type 1 mounted where stock clock was
Stillen adjustable front and rear swaybars
HKS Super Form springs
Stillen front adjustable upper control arms
Stillen front lip spoiler
Stillen rear valance
Carbon fiber shift knob

I'm sure I am missing some mods in that list, but I am so glad I bought this car. I sold my 1991 Eclipse GSX February after building up the motor and all, and yes I miss it but my bank account is starting to like the extra money. The previous owner took the car to local dyno shop and dynod 667rwhp at 21psi. All the work was done at Stillen which all they do is work on Z's so I knew all the work was done properly. I bought the car in March for $6000 and hasn't had a problem since, also had a fresh paint job with silver metallic right before I bought it. I know the wheels have to go but I plan on building up the motor in winter season so ill need the extra cash. I still go on dsmtuners to see what every one is up to and decided I would give every one an update on what's up with me and still plan on visiting the site every day like I use to when I still owned the Eclipse.
