My friend showed this to me and I knew a lot of people would be amazed. The "team ryuko" karate video a while ago was cool, but this is inane. The start is slow, but just wait and you will get hooked.

I believe their known as "runners". I seen a whole documentary about it on either discovery or the TLC channel. Eveyone is doing it now adays.

It's called Parkour. Started in France in the mid 90's and it's just been spreading... I think there are actually two or three "teams" in the US, in LA and NYC, can't remember though...

I got into that team ryuko stuff and from there I proceeded to buy a trampoline. I've since then learned to do a standing backflip and just today I went outside and thinking of parkour, I built this little ledge thing and learned how to do a front flip off of the ledge and land it. This is some cool stuff and really fun to do. Me and my friend tried some parkour last night jumping over trashcans and walking on walls over fences and such. I heart parkour.

Man, that's cool. I guess having a tramp would really help hone those skills. I wanted to get my snowboard on a tramp to try and dial in some new moves. Post some vid clips if you get a chance. I always wanted to learn how to do these kinda flips.

this would be very cool to do. i so wish i could have the abilities to do flips and spins like they do. i would feel like such a wierdo running around amiously jumping and climbing.
