whats the best spark plug for a turbo car?

i got a 95 tsi awd (gsx) and I am going to change out the plugs/wires seeing the car has 112,000 miles on it , I just bought it from its original owner and its bone stock , until now ;)

so what kind of plugs would be recommended for this turbo application? And what gap shold I use if the plug is a gapable plug

When I had my 3g i used the zex plugs, they seemed to work nice, but that was a n/a v6

sweet , thanx a million for the thread link , and thanks ddavisaf for the helpfull info

there should be a "schedualed matinance" section , for the regualr stuff you always have to do , oil changes, plugs, wires, belts, ect...

Yep on my old wrx i installed copper ngk 1 step colder, and it went from Not wanting to boost past 15psi..to loving 20+...they make the world of a difference..AND they are cheap :)
