OK so finally got my first datalogger in, log'd a run and seemed to prove to myself that my car is running to lean? I changed all my spark plugs and they were all white, and smelled bad (hence a lean condition?) If this is so, I'm having a hard time figuring out why. When i changed
the plugs and decided the car was running lean, i even turned the boost down to 10psi just to be on the safe side. The log was also taken with this same psi setting.

Walbro 255hp fuel pump

Here is the log 3rd gear pull / 10psi.

Any ideas on how to fix this, not feeling real comfortable driving the car with that kinda knock. I own my own business and bought this car because i enjoy working on it, and want to eventually race it. Money is not a problem within reason. Although I'm a complete newbie and have buried myself into research on DSM's, thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.

*edit*

Just checked the fuel injectors and they are stock 450's NOT 550's.

Now checking the fuel pump, to make sure it has been switched out.

Do you have an aftermarket Fuel pressure regulator?

Your fuel trims are rather high, though it does seem like you're o2 sensor could be going dead... does your logger reads injector duty cycle? if so what is when WOT?

If you indeed have a 255 FP you'll most likely need a FPR.

Those are all at WOT in conjunction with the previous log

Also , just checked the fuel pump it is a Walbro 255hp thank god.

And as far as i know, its the stock FPR in the car right now.

my friend had a knock like yours and his logging read like yours and he reaplaced the front and rear o2 sensors and it stopped the bad knocking and ran better.

Ya i think im going to just go with a wideband o2 sensor, I think it will help. As well as bigger injectors.

As far as fuel management, nothing right now.

In process of researching what i want to get. So far leaning towards ECU+ with a gm maf.

Seems to be the cheapest/best option for me (see thread ECU+)
