Not sure if its the controller or not, but I cant figure it out.

On low boost setting, at about 14-15psi, it holds rock solid. When i switch to the high boost setting at like 20psi, it goes bananas, like someone hitting the nitrous button on and off

It goes from 22-17psi back and forth, fast and violently, the car goes fast, slow, fast, slow...LOL...its weird

Is this my boost controller acting up? If i turn it up and leave it on the low boost it holds the 13-14psi steadily without a problem...i think its strictly a problem with the 2nd stage of the profec B...maybe??

Is your profile up to date?

When it's going "bananas" (I had to sing the song to spell it right... :rocks: ) is the car stuttering at all, or is it just simply reacting to less boost?

reacting to less boost, so it goes fast slow because of the huge change in boost, 5psi(40-50hp is alot) when it happens quickly

its not hte turbo because its the new t04b 50trim from bullseye which has no surging at all anymore, i know cause i had the wastegate set way high before that without the boost controller it would run 22psi and held it pretty stedily

Test run with the actuator nipple open and control boost via throttle to maintain 22psi. If you're able to steadily boost 22psi, it's the controller. If not, the 38mm flapper is probably being blown open, try wiring the flapper shut and see what happens.

my profec b just stopped working one day. dont ask me why. i just put a joe p on there and every is much better. does any body know if there is a rebuilt kit for the profec b?
