I posted this in the non-performance forum, but have not had any luck. I don't think many people look in that forum... anyways...I HOPE this doesn't get locked for being in the wrong forum or something like that.....I know alot of other people are wondering the same thing as me.
:dsm:
Does anyone know how to change the backlight color on the new greddy turbo timers. I know on the box, it shows that it lights up blue or amber. Right now mine is blue, but I would like to change it to amber, I have looked through the instruction manual, and didn't see anywhere in there that said how to change it.

Any ideas? Or did I just over look it.

Sorry to resruect a dead thread but you can. I dont know if its just the new ones or not, but I got mine to be red backlit. I am not totally sure how I did it but I think it just does it when you press all three buttons at the same time. then it will change to red, and will flash blue when it counts down. I evan e-mailed Greddy on this one and they told me you cant, but The box, allthough written in japenese, clearly points out that you can change between red and blue. thats all I got to say on that.

holy crap i've been wondering about this for awhile now.. just in the back of my head though.. mine is a bright a$$ blue and all my gauges are red/amber so it sticks out like a sore thumb.. im going to try it now :thumb:

so did it work?

As far as I know, there's now way to keep it red, it's only red for one of the modes I believe.
