Car looks good, I'd really like to see and im sure your buddy would too, what that would do with the proper intake manifold on it. Looks to be the only thing holding it up. Other than that, looks to be pretty well done.

What about smog? ha ha just want to know how you guys get away with these mods.

I guess everybody but me has there smog hook up but me.

very nice numbers though congrats to your friend.

he used to have an extrude honed 1g intake mani and that really hurt him, the venom may not be the best manifold but its better than what was on there before. Don't forget people this is also done on a mustang dyno so numbers are lower than alot would think.

Now all I have to do is catch up, I think a gt30r on a 2L would be a good combination...hehehehe

thanks for all the good words guys....there are few more things i can do to fix car's issues.
We put aem c2di and coil on plug setup on a dyno but due to ignition break up i had to go back to stock ignition. Now, stock ignition would not allow me to raise boost and get higher numbers. I guess stock ignition is good for around 500 whp. Moreover, i ran out of fuel up top, so there is still more room to go, but with the new ho numbers im goin to the track in the next week and hoping to lower my 11.5 to something closer to 10's. :thumb:

Infineon Raceway or Sacramento Raceway just depending on which track is open for us.

#### them both, let's go to Buttonwillow :D

Kamil, dude I drooled over your car at the Dyno day (WHICH YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT...) so I can't wait to see what it really can do with the CD2I.

Oh and Raul, stop touching Kamil at FFTec, I'm sure Sean is tired of watching..

Just as long as you have all the parts for the conversion not that hard. I think it took them about a week or so, zach can you clarfiy since you helped out some?

ya its a very straighforward swap nothing custom is needed. Just some tack welding of exhaust hangers and alot of swearing when the gas tank full of gas fell on us but other than that its just a "bolt on" mod. I am going to be looking into finding all the parts for it myself.

umm....you guys bought all the whole car -engine..why not just swap his engine into that talon wouldnt that seem like the logical thing to do? Especially since the talon already had cool stuff on it...

I would think swaping engines is easier than converting a FWD to AWD

Unless I find a junkyard AWD where I can get all the parts for under $1k(not including tranny since Im buying a new one from TRE anyways) I would do it....but otherwise, probably not.
