So i filled up today (again) it was on empty (about 15.7Gal) @ 2.39 a Gal paid $38 thats nuts. Consider i have to drive 20 miles each way to work.

I drive 150 miles each day to work. I'm not in the talon right now, so its costing me on average about 110 to 130 dollars a week. It sucks, takes a huge chunk of the paycheck away. It sucks working two jobs and getting paid less than when you worked the one job fulltime, all because of the bs gas prices.

Wow. Why not just get an old Civic or Camry or something?? It'd pay for itself after a couple months with the money you would save.

man i was thinking to get like a Geo or some kind of a civic. with these gas prices i will only work for gas and never have $ to mod my dsm

It's only 9 miles one-way to work for me so I only fill up my car once every 2 weeks.

I go to school still so this is only a summer type of thing. and when I was working there full time gas was only 1.40 for 93. Those were the days

Its like around $50 a fill up, but I am driving a SUV vs a DSM.

well since I drive roughly 340 miles a month, I spend about 25 dollars a month on my eclipse and 80 a month on my wifes 'Stang. Pumps around here are at 1.89

Gas keeps getting higher and higher.. it seems .. In sioux city, IA its 2.05 and rising it seems i spend about 24.00 for a full tank and drive to and from work. Every one should have a day to stop driving or car pool cause its getting worse it seems..My civic i use to pay 12.00 for a full tank and this was when gas was at 1.95 it would last a while. I wish my eclipse was like that.

I just bought a POS 1986 Honda CRX, and last week I got 38Mpg

In Washington I think its $2.15 for regular average right now. I try not to look, because then I start ranting and raving and cursing while driving down the road...

Ha! I feel like an old man! When I was in high school, gas prices were like .76 cents for super!!! If we ran low on gas, we just sift around in the glove box for change!!

Yeah here in Michigan we have it at $2.40 for 93 but I can get 110 for $3.25 so i half and half it

Well i live in canada and its $1.02 per liter (92) . and its around 30 bucks to fill my car up.

I fill up about every week and a half and it costs me about 40 maybe a bit more from epmty.

Every other friday I put about 25 dollars worth of 93 octane in my 2g. Work about 5 miles from my house, so that probably helps.

Untill i find another GSX (sold mine ) im driving my 99' Suburban, usualy about a tank every 2 weeks which is about 40 galons at $2.07

when gas was around $1.25 a gal. i could make $5 last all week in the eclipse when it had the 1.8 work is about 3 miles away. now eclipse isnt running i drive a 97 dodge ram 4x4 and gas is about $2 it takes about $30 to last all week.

theres a caseys here that sells super unleaded cheaper than the regular unleaded.

$2.50 a gallon int he talon, $5 to $10 in the race car (Per gallon, YIKES )

Of course it depends on how hard I drive, and how much; but it costs about 25-30$ per fill up, averaging maybe 200miles per tank, (a lot less if im boosting a whole hell of a lot). Paying about 2.20$for 93 octane.

I try to stay on vac the whole time. gets me around 25-30mpg (shifting around 2.5k)

Usually 20 gets me thru the week - as long as I'm not heavy on the foot - runnin 25 pounds of BOOST biotch !

$7/gal for 103 oct.

But other than that, I fill up almost 2x a week at $20 a pop. I don't think I drive that much... I swear my dsm goes out and drives itself around.

I just drop in a 10$ bill everytime I start running low, which would be like 3 times a week. I dont look at the price really cause I always get shell so I know its going to be expensive regardless since its 93.

It costs me about 25 bucks per fill up but I never have put more then 13 gallons in at a time. Then add 2 gallons of Methenol to each fill up which equates to about 31 bucks a week. I buy the Meth in 55 gallon drums so that one lump sum is kinda crappy, but its worth it.
