hi, there is the fpr kit by import evolution on the main dsmtuners page, do you guys think it is a good deal? becuase i need a fpr and a fuel pump, 255lph high pressure walbro and they have both, and a fpr gauge. do you guys think it is a good deal is what i need to know?
thanks

Looks like a good deal. Look into the FTS AFPR yet?

Yes, that is a good deal and Ryan is a very good guy to deal with he will take care of you. FTS= Full Throttle speed it is a bolt on fpr. I would recomend the aeromotive over the fts for reasons I wont get into, but I beleive Ryan carries both.

Import Evolution's kit uses the Aeromotive FPR, which is one of the best in the business. Considering that their kit comes with everything you need to bolt it right up to your DSM, I'd say go for it. This is definitely a better piece of kit than the $150 "Full Throttle" FPR that was widely available a while back (it's still available, but I know of a few vendors that quit selling it for whatever reason). The FPR itself is typically about $130, so you're paying $65 for an install kit for your DSM, which isn't too bad, really, considering it comes with all the hoses & fittings plus a nifty bracket to bolt the FPR onto the brake reservoir.

I'd hit it!

Some dealers stopped selling them because we could never keep up with production. We sold way more than we could make. Sad but true. We even took them down from our own web site for a while until we fix this. We will have them back up later this summer and it is still the best value in a bolt on regulator for a DSM. If we can't supply them they suck however.

I highly recommend the IE-AFPR kit. I second the notion that Ryan is a great guy. He took good care of me and I got everything to my day in good time. Includes everything you'll need for installing it. -Brandon [VFRacing]

OK, I ordered this IE kit today since they told me the FTS ones were still back-ordered (sorry, Mike). Installation looks pretty straightforward-- any surprises?
