I've gotten a ticket for speeding 22 over
a ticket for underaged posession of alcohol
a ticket for running a red lights
a ticket for being out past curfew (just got liscense re-instated)

anyone have any advice about the best way to go about taking care of all this? I'm going to do alot of community service in the near future, and i'm trying to find a better job so i can pay for all this =(.

You are a dumb f$ck, and I hope you get your license suspended. Getting caught speeding 10 over or so is one thing, but underage drinking should not be tollerated, and neither should running red lights. You will need a good lawyer but you are still screwed.

There isn't much to do but to face the consequences and learn from your youthful stupidity. You'll mellow out in a few years if you can keep from killing yourself before it happens.

Though I agree with your message, let's try to stay away from direct attacks.

Get a good lawyer and enroll in some AA and agressive driving classes. It looks good if you show you are trying to improve upon your mistakes. Its going to cost some money regardless....wait a minute, did you get a DUI or just possesion of alcohol?

All those tickets are relatively minor.

I didn't get a DUI guys, I was a friends 21st birthday party and had a few drinks (Where I grew up the drinking age is 18 and i've handled myself fine around alcohol) and the speeding ticket was me going with the flow of traffic on a one lane road. I don't drive a DSM anymore, i drive a saturn so don't jump to conclusions. I passed under a light when it was yellow because I was following a friend and got ticketed for that.

I'm looking for some advice I do understand that I made my mistakes.

nothing personal but how was your attitude towards the officer??? alot of times this has a lot to do with the treatment you get!!! you may not think you are being rude but your face says other wise. i wish you the best of luck but there is no way around all of this but to take it in stride.

Dont practice breaking laws?
Best advice on this page.
Do the crime, you do the time, it's simple. I hope it's suspended once again.

I was very polite the officers in all instances. I know a lot of people are going to respond saying negative things but if anyone has any positive input it would be welcome.

Preciate the advice so far boostineklipz, and gibby.

You really don't deserve to get off of the charges, it's obvious that you didn't learn your lesson if you JUST got your license back. You screw up, you deal with it. I could understand if it was your first offense, but it doesn't seem to be that way. Everything you were ticketed for was avoidable, and could have been prevented. Running the red light, you could have clipped someone and possibly killed someone. You don't deserve help, sorry.

your having enough of a guilt trip so i'll just try and help
1: lawyer
2:dress damn nice rival your wedding
3:in court dont talk listen , apologize once dont ramble and dont bother with an excuse no matter what you say the court see's any excuse as not learning anything from it
4:take as many driving courses, not only to learn laws but so it looks good on record and insurance see's somthin pretty.
5:be a safer driver man think and look arround before gunning it, i speed, allot but never do it just because, i know where i can and cant allong with when, never even been pulled over and i drive a supra which makes vit harder to keep cops away
6:you booze you loose
7:try to change your ways a bit and take this as a learning experience

I really don't get why everyones just hard-@$$ goody-too shoes and doesn't break one single law. Underage drinking? Pfft, like you haven't done it before, even just a sip. I'm sick of everyone "ahh street racing in front of 5 people is horrible you should go to jail." Everyone needs to lighten up. You made mistakes, he made mistakes, I make mistakes. Boo frickin hoo.

(refer to dry ice thread.. everyone's made some kind of bomb)

I have to agree that some people on here think they are perfect and try to give the impression they never break the law. However, I think the main reason people are giving him such a hard time is because he is PAINFULLY OBVIOUSLY in the wrong, and instead of taking responsibility for his actions he is trying to worm his way out of it by asking advice on this board.

Learning to take responsiblity for your actions is a life lesson. He will learn it, people screaming at him doesn't help it along.

The law is there for a reason, but if ones ignorant you'll end up suffering consequences that are harsher than if you were educated about how they work. Whether or not I was in the wrong doesn't matter, I've been accused and I simply asked for some advice. People "worm" their way around when dealing with the law every day and some people make a living doing so; I am sure you would do the same to get the best possible sentence/repurcussions if you were accused of something, thats all i'm trying to do.

The others on the site may break the laws too, but nobody comes on here looking for pity and asking how to get out of the trouble for breaking the laws.

Hey guys, tell me EXACTLY where this poor guy asked how to get OUT of the tickets...? Nope, nothing. He obviously just wanted to know what his first action would be in clearing the situation; you guys ASSUMED that he wanted to get out of it. Grow up and learn how to read things CAREFULLY before responding. :notgood:
