Got a 95 talon on trade, engine has a 97 head, looking for help identifying parts as i tear down and rebuild

To start i pulled the valve cover to get a look at what was supposedly rebuilt/built, camshafts dont look to be anything special but are marked with 042 and GB on the drivers side and one has an e and one has a b on the passanger side, i can smell assembly lube/grease and see fresh fresh oil, cam looks to have beem reused but im not sure if its stock or not

I verfied TDC and the dowels pins to be at the right position so they atleast got the timing sort of right from what i know.
Only doing this because i have no idea what has been done not that it needed to be

Cams look stock. So depending on their code (letter) they are slightly different designs. Head looks pretty stock to me

Certainly needs some love and maintenance like belt and some bolts inside the engine

I don't see any aftermarket valvetrain components. The head may have been cleaned though.

Some of these parts are easiee than otheres cant tell about the pistons. I get that there 84 bore but im not sure if thats An M or CP
