Has anyone successfully replaced the mounting tabs for a 1gb rear wing? Or at least know where a 3rd party source?

*** PLEASE DO NOT LINK THE REPLACEMENT 1G CLIPS FROM DSM 3D CREATIONS. THOSE ARE ONLY FOR 1GA and do not fit 1GB (pictures below) ***

One of mine are broken and from what I can see there's no easy way of replacing them as both sides sit under a tab.

I have the same problem, one of mine broken too. Figured I was going to have to engineer something. (No clue what or how yet!) The tricky part is the plastic piece that sits in between the metal part where the bolt goes through needs to be able to move side to side a little as the OEM part does. I’m assuming they designed it this way for mounting/alignment.

Oh man yours fell all the way in. That's a bummer.

Yeah I'd assume that's so you can center the wing on the hatch

There is a guy on Facebook that said that if I got him dimensions he would 3d print me some But even if he did I'm not sure how we would get them swapped out.

Ya I don’t see how you could remove or replace either they’re pretty much built in. Stupid. Gonna have to redneck engineer something I reckon.

That one bolt was probably the hardest thing on the car to remove, just spun and flopped around like an idiot. Played hell getting that wing off.

@92AWDHX40 suggested filling with epoxy or something. Not sure how to allow it to slide back and forth that way though.

I used fiberglass and a nut before but now i have some clips lying around i used. still i used some fiberglass and hardner and resin to make it hold. no problems yet.
