Just bought a rs model 2g, and I’m looking for the door moldings that come with the gs,gs-t,gsx. I have the side skirt bottom half, but everywhere I look seems to have the door moldings discontinued. Anybody know a place?

I would’ve just gotten the gs, but I got this puppy for $2k cash and 100,000 miles, so I didn’t wanna pass up the opportunity.

Is this one of those things that "it would be great if somebody could produce replacements"? (Not everyone has a junkyard w DSMs in it, and might not be present in Classifieds.)
Just looking to see if anybody knows a reputable site to buy oem parts from.

If your looking for the door caps, they dried up years ago, someone could sure make some money if they were to make them from carbon fiber or even fiberglass.

@7ahmir, are you looking for the door belt rail (centerline of door) or a molding at the bottom edge of the door? Can you help us by showing a photo of what you're after?

Seems like some one could 3d print them, probably take alot of time to make though
3Dprinting is limited in size. Making a mold from the original part may be more practical.

If you made the 3D parts in sections of 3 that might work, but it would definitely be more time consuming than making a mold
