Partnered with Fortune Auto this season and was able to get on a set of 510’s. I met Devin at Fortune at the GridLife NJMP event last summer. After a series of DMs and videos back and forth, Devin heard my concerns about the current setup (KSport RRs) and was able to address them with the new setup. The off the shelf 500 series is all Fortune had available for the 2G chassis, but he was able to grab a set of 510’s with the digressive valving and configure them to work with the car. So what we have now, and by we, I mean the community, is a fully upgradable coilover, with coax top hats and spherical bearings front and rear, with helper springs from a company that has a pretty deep background in Motorsport and amazing support. I’ll add more pics in a bit, but for now here they are. If you have a track/time attack/road race/hill climb car….these just may be the coilover for you. Can’t wait to try them out next month at the Glen with GridLife.

Looking forward to the full review of these.
My Tien coilovers are old and tired. I could really use a good upgrade as i get closer to getting ready for autocross.
Wonder how they compare to the tried and true options like Feal, D2, Flatout, and the other notable brands.
Following this closely for sure!

The really great thing is these can be upgraded to two or three ways later on. Won’t have any on track data until the end of April.

Its cool to see that there are slowly more and more new (and sometimes cost effective) suspension options from reputable brands are coming to DSM's.

Like this review on Flatout a couple years ago, and Bobby recently reviewing some custom BC coils for his autocross car.
Heard a lot about Fortune Auto as well from Youtube and some friends so its pretty neat to see them on a DSM (for maybe the first time?)

I have fortune autos on my IS300 and I got them for a steal from a part out. I’ve been on generic eBay coilovers for years on two different 7G galants. Not the best option but they worked for want I needed them for. Ever since I got those Fortune Autos I always thought about upgrading. Good to see that they’re expanding a little more so maybe this year I’ll put 😎

Fortune has 500 series off the shelf for 2Gs, but not the 510’s. It’s an exciting time for DSMs. I am of the strong opinion that a renaissance in the DSM world is coming. We need to get as many cars out on track and at autoXs. Everyone knows how competent they are on the drag strip. We need to show just how great they are on race track.

I'm curious to know what your impressions are on these since it's been a year since the last update. I'm looking to get a set of track coilovers and am trying to decide between a setup like thos, some Feals, or seeing if Ohlins has an option.

They’ve been amazing! I absolutely love them. Feedback is great. Changed the cars feel in every phase of cornering. Control and rotation are stellar. Highly recommend if you have a track focused build. The 500’s are more of a street coilover. But the 510’s I have are amazing as a track coilover.

It’s the first set of their 510 series on a 2G DSM. I think I did a review of them on my build page. I think a visual representation of how they perform says more than I could write.
